Here at Fulcrum Care Consulting, we’re proud to announce the launch of our new online interview series, Pivotal People. 

Providing viewers with care sector insights and a glimpse into the experiences of those shaping the industry’s future, Pivotal People aims to facilitate innovation, collaboration and deeper understanding amongst care professionals. 

Care Sector Insights: What to Expect from Pivotal People

Episodes of Pivotal People will be released every Sunday, featuring care sector insights from the likes of Ernie Graham, CEO of Graham Care Group, Paul Ridout of Ridouts Professional Services, Jim Weight, founder of Weight Partners Capital, and Michael Outmezguine of Sfera Care.

Through our in-depth interviews, viewers learn about the challenges, successes and future direction of the health and social care industry. 

Hosted by our Business Manager, Tina Stebbings, each casual conversation covers guests’ personal experiences, their impact on those around them, and their perspectives on the sector as a whole.

Our CEO, Tony Thiru, is thrilled by the initial reception to Pivotal People. 

“This series offers an opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate the individuals driving positive change within the care sector,” he shared.

This new online interview series comes shortly after the successful launch of our AI-based Ken.care app earlier this year, designed to provide a practical support system for care sector managers and staff across the country.
